Wei\u00dft du, welchen Platz du in der Familie einnimmst und was das bedeutet?<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aus der Perspektive der Familienaufstellung hilft es, <\/span><b>dabei, den richtigen Platz in der Herkunftsfamilie zu finden<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dabei, auch deinen Platz in der Welt zu finden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viele Menschen sind nicht an ihrem eigentlichen Platz. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist oft, dass sie <\/span><b>unbewusst den Platz eines anderen im Familiensystem einnehmen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zum Beispiel kann man:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">einen der Elternteile zu ersetzen (das nennt man Parentifizierung),<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gro\u00dfelternhaus,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">den Platz eines Vorfahren, der in manchen Systemen ausgelassen wurde,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oder den Platz eines Geschwisters, \u00fcber das in der Familie nicht gesprochen wird oder von dessen Existenz man nichts wei\u00df.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><b>Jeder Bruder und jede Schwester hat ihren Platz<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jede Schwester und jeder Bruder muss im Familiensystem <\/span><b>gesehen und anerkannt werden<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, damit jeder seinen Platz finden kann.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch diese Geschwister:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die nicht geboren wurden (z. B. Fehlgeburt, Schwangerschaftsabbruch, verlorener Zwilling, IVF-Embryonen),<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die tot geboren wurden,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die Kinder eines Elternteils aus einer fr\u00fcheren Beziehung waren,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">der jemandem zur Erziehung anvertraut wurde,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sowohl bereits geborene als auch noch ungeborene Kinder.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sie alle geh\u00f6ren zum Familiensystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b>Wenn dein Platz eigentlich gar nicht dir geh\u00f6rt<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn dir zum Beispiel gesagt wurde, dass du das erste Kind deiner Familie bist, es aber vor dir eine Fehlgeburt oder einen Schwangerschaftsabbruch gab, dann bist du aus Sicht des Systems <\/span><b>bist du eigentlich nicht das erste<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In diesem Fall hast du vielleicht unbewusst den Platz deiner ungeborenen Schwester oder deines ungeborenen Bruders eingenommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das kann sich zum Beispiel so \u00e4u\u00dfern:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als starkes Verantwortungsgef\u00fchl oder als Belastung,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">das Gef\u00fchl, dass alles zu viel ist,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die Schwierigkeit, der Berufung seines Lebens oder dem Weg seiner Seele zu folgen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In diesem Fall entsteht <\/span><b>eine Verbindung zwischen dir und deiner fehlenden Schwester oder deinem fehlenden Bruder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, was sich darauf auswirken kann, wie du dich f\u00fchlst und wie du dein Leben gestaltest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b>Unbewusste Dynamiken im Familiensystem<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn man in der Familie den Platz eines anderen einnimmt, geschieht das nicht bewusst. Meistens merken wir gar nicht, dass das passiert. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aus der Perspektive der Familienaufstellung kann man jedoch <\/span><b>auf der Seelenebene niemanden aus dem Familiensystem ausschlie\u00dfen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 nicht einmal diejenigen, die nicht geboren wurden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn jemand nicht anerkannt oder ausgegrenzt wird, findet das System oft jemand anderen, der diese Person vertritt. Das kann bedeuten, dass diese Person <\/span><b>Gef\u00fchle, Energie oder sogar das Schicksal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die eigentlich jemand anderem geh\u00f6ren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zwischen den lebenden Geschwistern und denen, \u00fcber die nicht gesprochen wird, kann eine tiefe unbewusste Identifikation entstehen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Verbindung kann sich aufl\u00f6sen, wenn sie <\/span><b>sie wahrgenommen und anerkannt werden und ihnen ein Platz im Herzen gegeben wird<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b>Wenn wir nicht die ganze Geschichte der Familie kennen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oft wissen wir gar nicht, ob unsere Eltern noch andere Kinder hatten \u2013 sei es miteinander oder aus fr\u00fcheren Beziehungen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manchmal wollen Eltern diese Geschichten nicht erz\u00e4hlen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Gute daran ist, dass wir das nicht unbedingt bewusst wissen m\u00fcssen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Information ist oft <\/span><b>auf Systemebene in uns vorhanden<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und kann zum Beispiel im Rahmen einer Familienaufstellung sichtbar werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_section_3
